"The hotel was nice! Room was clean and lots of channels on tv, which I liked. The only complaint is that there was a bum smoking on the bench outside the door. It made me feel unsafe. When I went back outside to gather my things from the car he followed me inside and went to the breakfast area to get something and I quickly went up to my room and locked the door. "We were waiting to check in to our condo in Ft Walton Beach for a longer stay in the area . I also had a friend who was in Destin for a few days and the location was s convenient place to stay. The manager was very helpful in providing favorite restaurants in the area."

"Be careful getting a beach view on the 5th floor. If there is an event on the 6th floor they are allowed to blast music and jump around until 10pm. This made sleep for my kids difficult while they partied right above us. They don’t enforce no smoking on the property unless you complain. Lastly, paying $30 for a resort fee is a little crazy in the winter considering the “heated”pool is too cold to swim and they even shut off the water to clean sand off yourself from the beach.
